In the Patricia Pearls program, mentees are paired with mentors to cultivate positive reinforcement, trust-building, and structured guidance in an environment designed to improve the quality of life for our youth.
Pearls engage in monthly meetings lasting 20-40 hours and participate in a variety of activities and outings. Additionally, Pearls convene one Saturday a month (date to be determined) during school breaks.
Upon successfully completing the twenty-four-month program, mentees will have acquired valuable empowerment tools and informative knowledge, equipping them with lifelong leadership qualities.
