Patricia Pearls, program will provide mentees with a mentor to foster and create positive reinforcement, trust-building, and guidance in a structured atmosphere that will enhance the youth's quality of life.

Pearls will meet monthly for 10-20 hours and participate in various activities and outings. Pearls will also meet one Saturday a month (to be determined) during breaks from school.

Upon completing the twenty-four-month program, the mentee will have gained valuable empowerment and informative information that will equip her with lifelong leadership qualities. 

1. Maintain a system that allows Pearls to speak one on one at any given time with Patricia, or a mentor

2. Establish a strong network of support from the community at large and within the school system

3. Build a fundraising team that can successfully help fund programs, trips, and events.
