In June of 2019, we established our organization with the aim of offering practical solutions. The demand for initiatives that reduce and prevent violence in underserved areas of Indianapolis and its surroundings has been evident. Since that time, our growth has been steady, and we owe our success to the incredible support of this community!

Our core mission revolves around cultivating character-building principles, setting goals, empowering individuals, and offering data-driven guidance on violence reduction and prevention strategies. Furthermore, we deliver solutions designed to create a lasting impact.
Pearls Summary
Patricia Pearls is a nonprofit organization that guides and shapes the future of middle, high school, and college-bound youth through mentoring, character-building programs, violence reduction, and prevention strategies. Our program partners with local school districts, beauty colleges, churches, community businesses, and the Indianapolis Police Department.
Our goal is to bridge the transition from adolescence to adulthood by offering a wide range of constructive activities and workshops, including behavior seminars, violence reduction programs, attitude workshops, counseling sessions, self-reflection, self-esteem classes, money management workshops, developmental courses, culinary classes, parenting discussions, first aid & basic CPR training, etiquette sessions for both ladies and gentlemen, tours of local businesses, guest speakers, job readiness training, tie my tie classes, community engagement, and quarterly volunteer opportunities in the community alongside dedicated mentors.
We are committed to nurturing young individuals' potential, helping them grow into confident Pearls and responsible men. Patricia Pearls directly engages with girls and boys to address pressing issues in today's world. Our mission is to break the cycle of despair that can have life-altering consequences. Low self-esteem often leads to behavioral problems, which can result in unplanned pregnancies, academic struggles, harmful habits, suicidal thoughts, loss of faith, mental health issues, or involvement in gangs. We aim to identify at-risk youth early on and provide the support needed to steer them away from potential pitfalls, ensuring they have a promising future.
We believe that every person holds boundless potential within themselves. We can unlock endless opportunities for these young individuals with the right empowerment tools.
